Note: Due to the Covid-19 Outbreak a number of our couriers have started charging a surcharge for certain countries so some shipping charges have had to be increased for International Orders where needed. Our standard untracked delivery charge for mainland England, Scotland and Wales is for orders before 1pm. Please note this is sent via untracked mail at the purchasers risk.

Next day delivery - £6.95 (Free on orders over £70)
Order by 1pm today for delivery tomorrow excluding weekend and bank holidays. Your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 19.00 the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Please note: Remote areas cannot be guaranteed next day.
Next day delivery before 12 - £10.95
Order by 1pm today for delivery tomorrow excluding weekend and bank holidays. Your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you before 12 the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Weekend Delivery (Order by 1pm Friday) - £9.95
Weekend UK delivery is available when placing an order before 1pm on Friday.

Occasionally for larger orders, the weight can add extra delivery charges. We'll let you know of any additional charges before sending the item out.

NOTE – Refused UK deliveries will incur a return parcel charge of 6.95 in addition to any charges mentioned elsewhere on this page. Other Countries prices vary and will be charged accordingly.
Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays. The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. If the address is a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day and extra costs maybe incurred.
*All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late. If there is no one to accept delivery, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.
For all delivery including inflated balloons we are unable to issue any delivery charge refunds if the recipient is not at home.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All orders are thoroughly checked at point of packing and dispatch ensure that all are in perfect condition when they leave us.
But, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or are not as those requested, please email us within 48 hours with details and return the order to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.
*Duty payments and customs
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they’re aware they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we’re unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We’d advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
*If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you to make you aware and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation.
Order not received - If we are not informed of deliveries not being received within 21 days of the order day, we will no longer be able to investigate this with our couriers and as such no refunds, returns of cancellations will be allowed.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days and we will refund you (conditions apply) Please return item(s) unopened and in a resalable condition to the following address:

If all the items are returned to us within 7 days in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached we will refund you via the original method of payment. Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item but at busy periods this may take slightly longer. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any delivery, taxes or import duties incurred.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com We cannot accept Returns for Balloons that have been Inflated as these can easily have been over inflated and burst or incorrectly inflated – both of which we have no control over.
Pre Inflated Balloons
Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are created by hand by a team of professional balloon designers who check any items leave are absolutely perfect. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of delivery and we will investigate.
The products are perishable, so we are unable to issue credits or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 24 hours of delivery
We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.
The Original Party Bag Company will not accept return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused.
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. The exception is goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including sweets and perishable items. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for a refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
- The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number if available.
- The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We will only reimburse the postal charges of returning an item or refund the original delivery charge unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
- Please ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
- Please ensure all items are returned in perfect condition in their original and undamaged packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Delivery of Helium
Orders containing helium gas or explosives cannot be sent to overseas addresses or to non-mainland UK destinations. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove helium from your basket. Helium is special order and non returnable.
