Subject to availability, The Original Party Bag Company aims to ship all goods ordered by the customer within two working days of receipt of payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you to make you aware and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation.
Our standard untracked delivery charge for mainland England, Scotland and Wales is £4.95 orders before 1pm. Please note this is sent via untracked mail at the purchasers risk.
Overnight Express tracked delivery in the UK when ordered before 1pm Working Day £6.95
Weekend UK delivery is available at £9.95 when placing an order before 1pm on Friday.
FREE UK Delivery is available on all over £50.00 – Free Delivery is sent on a Standard Delivery
European standard tracked delivery anywhere Europe £15.00 – based on up to 5kg Volumetric Weight. Anything over will incur additional charges.
Worldwide standard tracked delivery £25.00* – based on up to 5kg/ Volumetric Weight. Anything over will incur additional charges.
Please Note if items are returned and the value of the order then falls under the Free delivery of £75 we will deduct £6.95 from the total refund allowed
NOTE – Refused UK deliveries will incur a return parcel charge of 6.95 in addition to any charges mentioned elsewhere on this page. Other Countries prices vary and will be charged accordingly.
Please Let Us Know if you would like to arrange a different delivery option – such as Postal Service for very small items – but we cannot accept liability for lost parcels and prices would be quoted per order.
*Duty payments and customs
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they’re aware they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we’re unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We’d advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Orders are sent by courier and tracking details are available.
Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays – classed as non working days
Guaranteed Next Day delivery is available when placing your order by 1pm. Your parcel will be sent overnight so that you will receive it the next working day by 6pm.
Worldwide deliveries will be subject to standard postal delivery times and can range from 3 to 11 days.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late. If there is no one to accept delivery, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All orders are thoroughly checked at point of packing and dispatch ensure that all are in perfect condition when they leave us.
But, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or are not as those requested, please email us within 48 hours with details and return the order to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.
